This is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Sales Executive – Cosmetic role based in Dubai.
The Outdoor Sales Executive will visit existing and potential customers, promote cosmetic products, conduct product demonstrations, and provide expert guidance on product features and benefits.
The role includes managing and expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, preparing regular sales reports, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and trends.
Responsibilities
also include maintaining strong relationships with retailers, salons, and distributors, ensuring product visibility and availability, and coordinating with internal teams for orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
The Outdoor Sales Executive will represent the brand professionally during client meetings, trade events, and in-market activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales or outdoor sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, territory management, and basic sales reporting/CRM tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify client needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages common in the region are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- High level of personal presentation and professional conduct aligned with cosmetic and beauty industry standards.
- Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with salons, spas, beauty centers, or retail outlets is a plus.
