Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling DU Telecom Business Solutions to SME and corporate customers across the UAE market.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales, client interaction, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales activities targeting SME and business customers
- Promote DU Telecom products including Business Mobile Plans, Internet, and Fixed Services
- Identify and approach potential business clients through field visits and lead generation
- Present telecom solutions professionally according to customer requirements
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in Outdoor Sales / Field Sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation ability
- Previous telecom sales experience is highly preferred
- DU or Etisalat sales experience is highly preferred
- UAE market knowledge and SME sales exposure preferred
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven personality
Salary & Benefits
- Salary starting from AED 3,000 per month
- Salary negotiable for candidates with DU or Etisalat telecom experience and proven sales track record
- Attractive and lucrative incentive structure (uncapped earning potential)
