About This Role

Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive – TelecomJob Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with telecom industry experience. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting telecom products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor/field sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell Du telecom products such as broadband, fiber connections, mobile plans, and enterprise solutions.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and lead follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and corporate clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain service benefits to customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer applications/orders within SLA.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation, and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor/field sales, preferably in telecom or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Knowledge of telecom products such as fiber broadband, postpaid/prepaid plans, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory depending on role).
• Minimum high school or bachelor’s degree.
