Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven **Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and wholesalers.
- Promote and sell FMCG non-food products (**such as household items, personal care, cleaning products,Apparel,Home Textiles, Garments, etc.**).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and shelf placement in stores.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer records.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in FMCG (Non-Food preferred).
- Strong knowledge of KSA retail market and routes (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid **Saudi driving license is mandatory**.
- Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable).
- Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.
