1. **3+ years of proven experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or ELV industry in the UAE.
2. **Bachelor's/ Master's degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Minimum qualification is diploma in a related field).
3. **Excellent communication,** presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and close deals.
5.
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and CRM (emails, calls).**
6.
Fluent in English and Hindi, with a preferred working knowledge of Arabic.
7. **Knowledge of ELV products** and services.
8.
Ability to work on **Target basis** (Terms & Conditions apply) and willingness to conduct door-to-door sales and engage directly with potential customers.
9.
Capable of coordinating with the team on sales and marketing strategies.
10.
A valid **UAE driving license** is mandatory.
11.
Candidates with **own visa** preferred.
12.
