Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment before procedures.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure the availability of surgical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• **Valid DHA License (mandatory).**
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Previous work experience in Dubai hospitals is mandatory.
• Experience in Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Endoscopy is preferred.
• Previous experience in cosmetic surgery hospitals or aesthetic healthcare facilities will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of operating theatre protocols and infection control standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in Dubai hospitals or healthcare facilities is preferred.
