Join the online shop team as an Order Picker, preparing customer orders for delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process online customer orders.
- Pick, pack, and assemble grocery and food items using order lists.
- Handle items carefully and check quality and accuracy before dispatch.
- Keep storage and preparation areas clean and organized.
- Organize stock, replenish products, and assist with shop operations.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Communicate with internal teams or delivery staff and support service standards.
- Work overtime and flexible hours, including night shifts, when required.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 2 years of Order Picker or similar online shop or fulfillment experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move items safely.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and work flexibly.
- Willingness to work overtime and night shifts when needed.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Schedule
- Flexible hours, overtime, and night shifts may be required.
Work location
- The role is in person with the online shop team in Al Quoz.
