KPMG’s Oracle team is seeking an Oracle Payroll Lead to deliver client service and lead Oracle HCM and Canadian Payroll work.
The role combines solution assessment, design, implementation oversight, client engagement, and team leadership.
What you will do
- Assess client Oracle HCM and Canadian Payroll needs and translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans.
- Advise on Canadian payroll process design, Oracle HCM capabilities, configuration, controls, and leading practices.
- Lead or oversee Oracle HCM and Payroll configurations and provide functional oversight of data conversion, integrations, security, testing, reconciliation, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate with analysts, developers, architects, consultants, and implementation partners to resolve design gaps, defects, and dependencies.
- Own client deliverables, workstreams, and milestones; maintain quality, timeliness, project alignment, and contractual scope.
- Build client relationships, facilitate decisions, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for further client value.
- Lead, coach, and review team members, including geographically distributed and international teams.
What you bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle HCM and Payroll solutions and strong functional knowledge of Canadian payroll administration, configuration, support, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll processes, policies, statutory requirements, compliance, and controls, plus broad Oracle HCM module knowledge.
- Experience leading or coordinating technical implementation activities, including data conversion, integrations, security, testing, and reconciliation.
- Proven project delivery, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, coaching, collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Advanced degrees and Oracle or payroll certifications, including PCP, are considered strong assets.
Pay information
- Ontario base salary range is CAD 85,000–135,000 and British Columbia base salary range is CAD 80,000–130,000; the source does not specify a salary cadence.
