Help grow KPMG’s Copilot and AI Productivity practice in Quebec through service development, strategic client engagements, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and generative AI.
The role combines strategic advisory, business development, technology expertise, transformation leadership, governance, and team development.
Practice and market leadership
- Contribute to practice strategy and develop Copilot, generative AI, and agentic AI service offerings.
- Integrate AI into existing services and develop methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets, and market perspectives.
- Participate in thought leadership, conferences, publications, and client events.
Client and transformation work
- Advise executives, build client relationships, develop business opportunities, lead workshops and maturity assessments, and contribute to proposals.
- Design Copilot adoption programs and AI transformation roadmaps; prioritize valuable use cases and define value and adoption metrics.
- Develop change management, communication, and user engagement strategies and support communities of champions and power users.
Governance and team leadership
- Advise on AI operating models and support governance, risk, compliance, role, and oversight structures.
- Coach and mentor practice colleagues and contribute to recruitment, capacity planning, and team growth.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or relevant AI, Microsoft, or digital transformation certifications are assets.
- Significant experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI, or digital productivity.
- Experience advising leadership teams and senior executives and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, and governance.
- Experience in business development, account management, or executive relationship development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, synthesis, and influencing skills; proficiency in French and English.
Language requirement
- The role requires written and oral English proficiency for interpreting English standards and regulations, serving English-speaking clients, and collaborating with colleagues outside Quebec.
- French and English proficiency is required to collaborate with clients and colleagues in Quebec, Canada, and internationally.
