The role supports client engagements and ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on IRM responsibilities.
What you will do
- Support client engagements, workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Translate business needs into user stories and ServiceNow solutions.
- Build client relationships and contribute to project delivery.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, process maps, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support implementation, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
- Develop reusable methodologies and tools and share knowledge.
- Lead IRM workshops, translate risk and cybersecurity needs into user stories, and promote IRM best practices.
Qualifications
- One to five years of experience implementing ServiceNow or related technologies.
- Client project experience with workshops, requirements gathering, and testing.
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- At least two ServiceNow certifications.
- Written and spoken English is required; English and/or French communication skills are specified for the role.
Ontario compensation
- The listed Ontario base salary range is $70,000 to $102,000, with possible bonus eligibility.
- Placement within the range depends on work location, skills, and qualifications.
