Oracle Payroll Lead

Role overview

What you will do

• Assess client functional and technical needs and turn business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans.
• Advise on payroll process design, Oracle HCM capabilities, configuration options, controls, and Canadian payroll practices.
• Lead or oversee Oracle HCM and Payroll configuration while maintaining design integrity and scalability.
• Oversee technical workstreams including data conversion, integrations, security, testing, reconciliation, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners to resolve design gaps, defects, and dependencies.
• Own client deliverables, workstreams, milestones, quality, and timely delivery within project scope.
• Coach consultants and team members, review quality, and identify opportunities to create client value.

What you bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated Oracle HCM and Payroll delivery experience and strong knowledge of Canadian payroll administration, configuration, support, and implementation.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll processes, policies, statutory requirements, compliance, controls, and Oracle HCM module interdependencies.
• Experience coordinating technical implementation activities and managing project objectives, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced degrees and Oracle or payroll certifications, including PCP, are considered strong assets.
• Adaptability in consulting environments and commitment to staying current on Oracle capabilities and releases.

Pay range information

• Ontario region expected base salary range is CAD 85,000 to CAD 135,000; the role may be eligible for bonus awards.
• British Columbia region expected base salary range is CAD 80,000 to CAD 130,000; the role may be eligible for bonus awards.
