What you will do
- Own strategic direction and end-to-end delivery for large, complex programs and transformation initiatives.
- Act as primary accountability point for client Executive Sponsors and KPMG Partners; align program strategy with business objectives and operating models.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, governance, integrated planning, risk management, and resolution of complex issues across workstreams.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, program profitability, and quality assurance of major deliverables.
- Lead and mentor senior managers and managers; develop executive communications.
- Scale AI-enabled delivery transformation by embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics in delivery models.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 12–15+ years in program management, project management, and transformation delivery, including large-scale complex initiatives.
- Track record delivering enterprise programs end-to-end; Financial Services or ERP delivery experience.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, program recovery, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial oversight.
- Executive stakeholder influence, multidisciplinary team leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Consulting or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership designing and implementing AI-driven, data-led delivery models and transformation strategies.
Base salary
- Ontario region expected base salary: CAD 183,000–192,000; may be eligible for bonus awards.
- British Columbia region expected base salary: CAD 173,000–179,500; may be eligible for bonus awards.
- Salary placement depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
