Overview

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across enterprise HR environments.

This role requires a combination of functional expertise and technical capabilities to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements while working closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud module
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions
  • Design and develop integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards
  • Manage data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, technical, and integration-related issues
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize business process
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and implementation standards
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user training material
  • support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiative

Requirements & Key Skil

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM modules
  • Hands-on expertise with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, and BI Publish
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web service
  • Experience in data migration, reporting, and system integration
  • Understanding of Oracle HCM architecture and best practice
  • Experience working in Agile project environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus
