Overview
Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista)
is looking for a
Technical Lead
to drive the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions within banking environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in integration architecture, microservices, and enterprise-grade solution design across web and mobile channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for enterprise applications
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Design and implement services using microservices and monolithic architectures
- Develop and manage integrations using various patterns (HTTP, messaging, pub/sub, fire-and-forget)
- Oversee end-to-end service development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, deployment, support)
- Ensure adherence to enterprise design patterns, standards, and best practices
- Build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable solutions for banking systems
- Lead code reviews, branching strategies, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, architecture, and infrastructure
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
- Work with vendors and third parties to ensure seamless system integrations
Requirements & Key Skills
- 10–12 years of experience in integration architecture and technical solution design
- Strong experience in banking or BFSI domain
- Hands-on expertise in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate)
- Strong experience in microservices architecture design and implementation
- Experience with middleware and messaging technologies (MQ, Apache Kafka)
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise design principles
- Experience in developing high-level and low-level technical design documents
- Exposure to API standards (Open Banking, BIAN)
- Experience with API gateways, containerization, and service mesh technologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitOps
- Understanding of web and mobile frameworks (Angular, Flutter, React Native)
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivery methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and work in complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as Oracle Java or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) are a plus
