Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation role focused on multi-entity, multi-geography enterprise landscapes.
Architecture scope spans Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, EPM, and Primavera P6/Unifier.
Architecture responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution blueprints, target application and data architecture, integration architecture (HLD/LLD), and PaaS extension strategy using VBCS, OIC, and APEX.
- Govern RICE-W (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows), quarterly-update impact assessments, and customization caps.
- Make SaaS/PaaS decisions; categorize fit-gap outcomes; govern Sandbox and FSM configuration migration.
- Architect integrations with Entra ID, Azure, bank portals, ITSM, planning and engineering systems, and legacy or custom .NET applications.
- Design security and controls, including role design, RBAC, SoD through Oracle Risk Management Cloud, encryption, Cloud Guard, and VAPT/SAST readiness.
- Plan test instances, P2T/T2P refresh, data masking, DR (RTO/RPO), and cutover technical readiness.
- Design data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, and REST/SOAP APIs, including reconciliation and open-transaction strategies.
Must-have qualifications
- 12–15 years in enterprise ERP and strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture experience across at least three end-to-end implementations.
- Currently valid Oracle Cloud Solution Architect Professional certification or equivalent.
- Deep cross-pillar architecture across Finance, SCM, HCM/Payroll, EPM/Primavera, with integration and PaaS extension design using OIC, VBCS, and APEX.
- Security-by-design experience in role/RBAC design, SoD, Entra ID federation (SSO/SCIM), encryption, and cloud security.
- EPCI, Oil & Gas, or capital-project understanding of asset-intensive, project-centric processes; GCC delivery experience is preferred.
Good-to-have expertise
- Reporting and analytics architecture across OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and FRS; legacy EBS report rationalization.
- Oracle AI enablement using Fusion-delivered AI or OCI Generative AI, with data-residency compliance.
- DR/BCP architecture, performance and load engineering, and quarterly-update regression strategy.
