Role Overview
The position is for an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role requires 10 or more years of experience and combines solution architecture, program leadership, business transformation, integration, and stakeholder advisory.
ERP Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance, EPM, and HCM modules.
- Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.
Program Leadership and Delivery
- Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.
- Provide architectural oversight across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
Business Process Transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.
- Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
- Drive adoption of standard capabilities to minimize customizations.
Integration and Data Architecture
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud and APIs.
- Design data migration, reconciliation, and data governance frameworks.
- Ensure integration with CRM, HRMS, and legacy systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
Performance and Optimization
- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
- Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.
Functional Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
- Knowledge of EPM and HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurations.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.
Professional Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-country ERP deployments.
