Role overview

Functional consulting

• Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and business process analysis.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and lead design discussions with best-practice recommendations.
• Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

Payroll and compensation

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll processes, elements, balances, costing structures, and calculations; validate results and support reconciliation.
• Resolve payroll issues and enhancements with business teams.
• Configure salary review, bonus, and compensation planning, including plans, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.
• Align compensation solutions with organizational policies and business objectives.

Benefits and controls

• Configure benefit programs, plans, eligibility profiles, and enrollment; support benefits administration, testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Design HCM security structures, data roles, and security profiles; support segregation of duties and compliance.
• Configure approval workflows and access controls and maintain governance, audit, and security standards.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Fusion Compensation, Oracle Fusion Benefits, Oracle Fusion Advanced Controls/Security, requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration, UAT and production support, and stakeholder management.

Preferred skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are preferred.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills are preferred.
