Overview

A senior techno-functional leader responsible for driving Oracle Fusion Finance transformation initiatives, acting as the bridge between business, finance leadership, and IT.

This role requires deep functional expertise combined with strong technical capability to design scalable solutions, lead critical initiatives, and ensure successful delivery across the ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and SPOC for Oracle Fusion Financials across business and IT
  • Partner with Finance leadership to drive ERP transformation, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Lead solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices
  • Provide deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, Tax, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, CX Billing, and cross-functional modules
  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery lifecycle (Requirement → Solution Design → Build → UAT → Deployment → Hypercare)
  • Architect and oversee integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems (banks, Salesforce, billing platforms, etc.)
  • Define and govern data migration, data quality, and reconciliation strategies (FBDI, ADFdi, interfaces)
  • Drive complex issue resolution, perform RCA, and implement long-term scalable fixes
  • Lead financial close optimization, improving timelines, accuracy, and automation
  • Take ownership of UAT governance, release management, and production stability
  • Design and review reports and dashboards (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View) for business insights
  • Identify and implement automation, AI-driven insights, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong financial governance frameworks
  • Mentor team members and act as a functional and technical SME within the organization

Qualifications

  • Strong Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional expertise with proven delivery experience

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with VBCS, APEX, PCS, OIC, APIs, integrations, and extensions
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, PPM)
  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable system solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving critical initiatives independently
  • Experience handling high-pressure production issues and business escalations
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in large-scale ERP transformation / Fusion implementation programs
  • Exposure to AI, RPA, and finance automation tools
  • Experience integrating with banking systems, Salesforce, billing platforms, or external ecosystems
  • Domain experience in Real Estate / Education / Enterprise Finance
