Operator - Pouching ( Flexible Packaging )

Overview

• To check the suitable tool available for Bag/ Pouch making.
• To coordinate with the maintenance team for arranging necessary tools,. Dies, spare etc wherever and whenever required.
• To ensure specified dimensions and specification of bags, and pouches are met.
• To ensure right machine parameters are used to get a quality output.
• To ensure the right machine process parameters are used to get a quality output.
• To ensure that there is no leakage s from the sealed areas.
• To remove the print and lamination defects as flagged by printing and lamination people respectively in the input rolls.
• To write all the work order details, material used, job details, process details , process details, process parameters, output details in kg/ and/or numbers, wastage details etc. in the logbook.
• Always try to improve the productivity without affecting the quality.
• To write the complete information on the label pasted on the outer carton boxes, with WO no. , job description, shift, date, output in kg and or numbers, operator names weight of the box.
• Ensure that the output bags, pouches are properly covered before being packed.
• Have to fill all the production output details in the slitting log book. Information of each total quantity output, wastage quantity, reason for breakdown etc.
• Should use personal protective equipment’s like mask, gloves, safety shoes etc to be used.
• To inform the maintenance team in time in case of any maintenance related issue with a break down slip.
• Ensure the machine surrounding s are neat and clean and without any spillage of adhesive.
• To use proper personal protective equipment, like mask, gloves, goggles, hairnet, to ensure personal hygiene and health.
• To ensure that all the fire doors, exits and fire extinguishers are not blocked by material.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably worked on Zhoutai 3D Machine .
• Should be a Diploma in printing with 7-15 years experience.
• Must be from flexible packaging background.
