Control and perform depot operations to load, receive, store, and transfer petroleum products safely and dependably.
Operate associated pump and pipe systems.
Fuel and Depot Operations
- Carry out tank and pump quality checks and complete required depot records.
- Check fuel levels, physical dips, specific gravity, and temperature; compare physical measurements with tank gauging systems.
- Conduct floating suction, conductivity, and routine tank serviceability checks.
- Take samples from filters, tanks, pipelines, and other equipment according to company procedures.
- Receive and unload products delivered by vessel or road tanker; perform vessel loading according to procedures.
- Clean sampling equipment; monitor filter, pressure, and temperature gauges and report defects or hazards.
- Maintain activity documentation and enter data into required records and systems.
Health, Safety, and Emergency Response
- Comply with HSE policies, procedures, applicable legislation, sustainability guidelines, and ADNOC Code of Practices; use PPE and perform work safely.
- Immediately report incidents and near misses; follow emergency procedures and participate in drills, safety meetings, campaigns, and training.
- Conduct rounds of operational and facility areas; inspect, clean, and test firefighting equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
- Respond to fire or accident alarms, connect hoses to fixed hydrants, and fight fires using tools appropriate to the source.
- Monitor firefighting control room screens and alarms and communicate emergencies according to company procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary or high school certificate.
- Three years of experience as a Depot Operator.

Revenue and budget are as per the approved financial budget.
Direct and indirect reports are as per the organization chart.
