Operations Support Officer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor group overhead expenses and support budget management.
• Assist with quarterly forecasting, workforce planning, and annual budgeting.
• Coordinate resource planning activities and maintain workforce data.
• Manage seating allocations and equipment provisioning across teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Liaise with corporate functions to support business priorities and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the group.

Skills and experience

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in operations, administration, business support, or project coordination.
• Business, project management, or related qualifications are desirable.
• Applicants must be able to hold or obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance at baseline, NV1, or NV2 level.

Work arrangements

• Flexible arrangements, such as hybrid work from home and office and a nine-day fortnight, will be considered.
