Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient facility management services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing facilities, teams, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports and manage budgets.
- Resolve operational issues and improve service efficiency.
- Support client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in **Facility Management** or related field.
- Experience as an **Operations Supervisor** or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, safety standards, and FM operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
