Requirements
- -Minimum 3 years of experience in transport/fleet supervision (limousine or luxury transport preferred)
- -Strong leadership and organizational skills
- -Must be residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- -Can join immediately
- Arabic speaker is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- -Supervise and train drivers; ensure high customer service and safety standards
- -Manage fleet maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- -Coordinate driver schedules and route planning
- -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP services
- -Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and insurance
- -Maintain records and prepare performance reports
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
