We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing / Industrial Specialist to work on a contractor/part-time basis.
This role involves applying domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
The Manufacturing / Industrial Specialist will contribute to the development of frontier AI models, enabling high-quality contributions at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing workflows, production processes, and industrial operations to identify opportunities for operational optimization.
- Evaluate operational efficiency, quality control standards, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and improvement.
- Interpret technical documentation and production-related data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Prepare structured reports and communicate operational findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and implement changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and lean thinking principles, with experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
