Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Project and Operations Specialist to work on a contractor basis.
As a Project and Operations Specialist, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
This role is crucial in supporting the development of frontier AI models, and your domain knowledge is what matters.
You will be part of a global network of experts connecting domain expertise to AI model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize team productivity and workflow.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and process guides tailored to various stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to track project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve issues.
- Experience in developing and implementing efficient operational processes to optimize team productivity and workflow.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create comprehensive project documentation and reports.
