We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on a Contractor basis.
In this role, you will apply your deep expertise in manufacturing processes to help train next-generation AI systems.
Your work will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing real-world insights into manufacturing workflows, equipment, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level insights and feedback to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets for AI training purposes.
- Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows specifically for AI model training.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards to ensure reliability in real-world applications.
- Document and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI systems in manufacturing domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, production workflows, and compliance frameworks such as ISO, OSHA, or industry-specific regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Experience in quality control and validation of manufacturing outputs to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and methodologies to support troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
