Our partner is looking for an Operations Specialist (Creative Production) based in United Arab Emirates.
This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling creative production environment within a global digital health product ecosystem focused on AI-driven user experiences.
You will help design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high-quality output at speed and scale.
Acting as a bridge between production, strategy, and MarTech teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and consistency to fast-moving workflows.
The role combines process design, project coordination, and hands-on operational execution.
You will also play a key role in introducing automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
It is an opportunity to shape how creative production operates in a data-driven, product-led environment focused on real-world impact.
Accountabilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational systems that support creative production at scale, ensuring teams are aligned, efficient, and unblocked in their execution.
- Design and maintain scalable end-to-end processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and operational frameworks that support creative production workflows.
- Coordinate recurring team rhythms including weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning, ensuring clarity on priorities, ownership, and deliverables.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration by aligning producers, strategists, and platform teams, and ensuring smooth information flow and dependency management.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive operational tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Partner with MarTech and AI teams to build smarter, more efficient operational systems and workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- You bring strong operational discipline and a systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to structure complexity and improve how work gets done across teams.
- Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch and continuously improve them.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams and different levels of seniority.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accountability and follow-through.
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Strong interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms (Airtable, Notion, project management tools, or similar).
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
