This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.

Our partner is looking for a Head of Performance (Social Media) based in United Arab Emirates.

This is a senior performance marketing leadership role focused on scaling global user acquisition across high-volume digital products.

You will drive strategy and execution across major paid social channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta and TikTok, optimizing campaigns to maximize efficiency and business impact.

The role operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation, rapid testing, and continuous optimization are essential.

You will be responsible for shaping acquisition strategy across multiple web-based products used by millions of users worldwide.

Working closely with analytics, creative, product, and automation teams, you will influence both strategic direction and execution quality.

The role also involves building scalable systems, improving automation, and leading performance marketing teams to consistently achieve ambitious KPIs.

This is a highly impactful position in a globally distributed, remote-first organization.

Accountabilities

  • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok, focusing on scalable user acquisition for web-based products.
  • Own key business metrics including CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV, and overall acquisition efficiency.
  • Scale paid social campaigns while maintaining or improving performance across multiple geographies and audiences.
  • Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks to test creatives, funnels, offers, and targeting strategies.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end acquisition funnels, including creative development, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, creative, and automation teams to improve campaign performance and insights.
  • Drive automation initiatives, including rules, APIs, bulk optimizations, and performance alerts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor performance marketing teams, ensuring strong KPI achievement and consistent testing discipline.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and challenge existing acquisition strategies to unlock incremental scale.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in performance media buying on Meta and TikTok at scale.
  • Strong experience managing acquisition for web products (not limited to mobile app ecosystems).
  • Demonstrated ability to scale large advertising budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS/ROI, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing full-funnel acquisition systems (creative → landing page → conversion).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution, analytics, and BI tools for decision-making.
  • Experience designing and executing high-velocity A/B testing and hypothesis-driven growth experiments.
  • Familiarity with performance automation systems (rules, APIs, bulk operations, alerts).
  • Proven leadership experience managing media buying teams in high-volume performance environments (e.g., gaming, dating, gambling, subscription or creator platforms).
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and ability to operate in fast-moving, global digital environments.
