Job Purpose
Responsible for scrutinizing documents as per the laid-out policies and procedures for the unit, maintaining and safe custody of records, ensuring professional delivery, quality service to internal/external customers, projection of professional image, maintenance of operations reports and achieving higher level of operations efficiency and accuracy in processing the loans. Since the duties of this position may also involve contacts of a high level and exposure to sensitive information, it necessitates considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Maintains confidential records of the division as well as sensitive issues passed on either by the HOP, Department Managers, other Division Managers and the CEO.
2.
Handling all CCMS cases received by courts and respond within agreed TAT without any delay.
3. Scrutinize the documents as per unit’s delegation matrix for new personal loans / buyout loans / top-up loans/ staff loans/ reschedule cases/ auto loans / mortgage releases / settlements /issuance of bank guarantee and manager cheques / home loans/ROD/ SODs/ Release of FD cases/ temporary mortgage releases and any respective renewals and cancellations.

Provides relevant instruction to respective units for carrying out the transaction and in case of discrepancies informs the source in adherence to the agreed SLA.
5.
Responsible for signing Document and fulfillment related external communication standard letters such as Liability letters / Auto loan LPOs/court letter/balance confirmation as per banks authorized signatories.
6.
Liaise between central operations and all branch and division colleagues.
Transmits directives, instructions and assignments and follows up on status of assignments / projects.
7.
Responds to queries pertaining to the unit received from various branches and other internal divisions within TAT.
8.
Ensure compliance with CBI's code of conduct and all other processes and procedures circulated, and compliance with laid down norms for process and manage risk.
9.
Preparing, checking and monitoring of various reports of the unit such as AFT Not linked report, error report and Document discrepancy report.
10.
Ensure all applications, customer amendment instructions, or any other documentation are kept inside dual control fireproof cabinet and daily documentation filing, handling records archival as per bank policy.
11.
Register all keys under custody and always keep it up to date, after obtaining the approval from the unit manager.
12.
Daily individual productivity to be maintained as per expectations.
Training to be provided to the new joiners in the unit and ongoing guidance for processing assistants.
13.
Maintain high level of systems support within the unit by participating in and recommending system developments, enhancements and solutions.
14.
Ensure compliance with Key Control Standards.
15.
Analyzing process flows on an ongoing basis to optimize productivity of the processing team identify the gaps and keep pace with competition.
16.
To supervise and motivate staff effectively as and when required
17.
Adhere to clean desk policy.
18.
Maintains strict confidentiality and secrecy of information received by way of attending meetings, incoming and outgoing mail and other access that is received by way of the position held.
19.
Ensuring satisfactory audit rating for the unit by adhering to the procedures and self-responsibilities.
20.
To support /undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager-Documentation & Fulfillment unit, Central Operations Manager, and Head of Operations or his/her delegates.
21.
Self-initiative to be taken for attending various trainings available and for the overall development and improvement of performance.
22.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with employee role and assigned by the management.
Education
1.
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma in any field.
Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas
1.
Knowledge of Banking Financial & Operational Risks.
2.
Working Knowledge of Server/ Operating Network System & Backup Arrangements.
Experience
1.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banking Operations.
Other Skills Required for the Job:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

High level of computer proficiency, including common office and digital tools

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
4.
Effective organizing and planning abilities, with strong time management
