Job Purpose
The Graduate Officer – CAD will support the Bank’s credit administration, control, and monitoring functions to ensure lending activities are properly documented, compliant, and aligned with approved credit terms.
The role involves assisting in credit documentation control, facility monitoring, covenant tracking, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the review, verification, and processing of credit facility documentation in line with approved credit terms and conditions.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and complete credit files, ensuring proper documentation control and record keeping.
- Help ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are met before facility activation or utilization.
- Assist in monitoring credit limits, expiries, renewals, and key facility milestones.
- Track post-approval covenants, conditions, and borrower obligations, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support coordination with Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve documentation or control issues.
- Assist in managing collateral records, guarantees, and security documentation to ensure validity and enforceability.
- Help ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Support preparation of credit control reports, MIS, and exception tracking reports.
- Contribute to strengthening internal controls and improving credit administration processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Other Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and control processes.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication in Arabic & English.
- Willingness to learn credit governance, risk controls, and banking compliance frameworks.
