About This Role

Job Summary

A dynamic role responsible for overseeing business operations, driving process improvements, and providing executive support to the Director.

The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both strategic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments
  • Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with sales, service, HR, and finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Process Management

  • Develop, implement, and optimize business processes and SOPs
  • Identify gaps and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure process adherence
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Executive (PA) Support to Director

  • Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS reports
  • Coordinate internal and external communication
  • Follow up on key tasks and ensure timely execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in operations/process management
  • Strong leadership and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
