Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to manage workforce deployment, coordination, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth manpower operations, effective communication with clients, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower allocation as per project and client requirements
- Maintain attendance, timesheets, and manpower records
- Address and resolve operational issues related to workforce management, including salary concerns, timesheet discrepancies, supplier coordination, accommodation issues, legal cases and other workforce-related matters in accordance with company policy and UAE regulations
- Arrange worker deployment, replacements, and shift schedules
- Ensure timely deployment, all required documentation is completed and approved by the client prior to mobilization
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower solutions Day/Night
- Handle onboarding, induction, and basic compliance documentation
- Monitor worker availability and productivity
- Resolve manpower-related issues at sites in a timely manner
- Coordination with Senior Operation Manager
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Manpower /Operation Coordinator or similar role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, site access passes, and manpower documentation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per hour
