- This is part operations manager, part performance manager.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the team is operating at a high level daily.
- We are looking for someone that has worked in a recruitment role before but is looking to transition out of a billing role.
- That includes:
- Driving KPI accountability across the business
- Running daily and weekly performance meetings
- Monitoring recruiter activity and output
- Ensuring systems, processes and standards are followed
- Helping train and develop junior recruiters
- Improving consistency across candidate and client delivery
- Supporting onboarding of new hires and associates
- Tracking performance metrics and reporting directly to leadership
- Helping build a high-performance culture without unnecessary politics or bureaucracy
- You will essentially become the operational backbone of the business.
- This role is heavily numbers and performance driven.

- Has recruitment experience OR experience managing high-performance sales teams
- Naturally holds people accountable
- Is highly organised and process driven
- Understands KPIs and performance metrics
- Is confident leading meetings and managing personalities
- Wants to help build and scale a serious business
- Thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
- Has high standards and strong attention to detail
- Is proactive rather than reactive
- You do not need to be the loudest person in the room.
- But you do need to be someone that can create structure, consistency and pressure in a growing business.
