We are looking for an Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our business.
This is an entry-level role and would suit someone who is highly organised, ambitious, and looking to build a career within recruitment, operations, or business support.
You will work directly with the leadership team and gain exposure to how a high-performing recruitment business operates behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Managing candidate and client records within our CRM
- Formatting CVs and candidate profiles
- Posting jobs across multiple platforms
- Assisting with interview scheduling and coordination
- Supporting candidate onboarding processes
- Managing compliance and documentation
- Tracking recruiter activity and KPI data
- Assisting with reporting and business administration
- Supporting the onboarding of new hires
- Helping maintain systems, processes, and operational standards
- General office and administrative support
