  • We are looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee all operational aspects of our car rental business — from fleet management and maintenance to customer service and business development — ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and compliance with company standards.

  • Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Manage daily operations of the car rental and leasing business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee fleet management activities including procurement, registration, insurance, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of rental agents, fleet supervisors, and warehouse officers to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement cost-control strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize operational systems and replacement strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, service providers, car dealers, and insurance partners.
  • Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior management to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies.
  • Supervise performance evaluation, identify training needs, and encourage staff development.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and auditing processes to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in car rental operations, fleet management, or automotive industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of fleet utilization, pricing, and customer service practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Certifications such as Agile Management or related credentials are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
