About This Role
🚀 We Are Hiring: Operations Manager (Wellness Studio)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📄 Contract: Fixed-Term (2 Years)
💰 Salary: AED 7,000 per month + Performance Bonus
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to manage day-to-day studio operations for a premium wellness and performance centre in Dubai.
✅ Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling & studio operations management
• Managing B2B partnerships (gyms, sports clubs, hotels, clinics, etc.)
• CRM & sales pipeline follow-ups
• Coordinating with trainers and internal teams
• Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns
🎯 Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in operations / studio management / hospitality / wellness
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• CRM & scheduling system knowledge
• English mandatory (Russian/Arabic is a plus)
• Dubai-based or willing to relocate
