This is a part-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Sharjah.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities, including coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
include scheduling and resource planning, tracking operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between teams.
The role will involve identifying areas for process improvement, assisting with budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
The Operations Manager will also help manage vendors, support internal communication, and contribute to operational planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management abilities, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with scheduling, resource planning, and basic budgeting or cost control in a business environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project tracking tools); comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles is preferred; experience in a small or growing company is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
