Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple properties and maintain brand standards, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction; identify clients and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners; support commercial strategies for growth.
• Monitor departmental performance and collaborate with Hotel General Managers and department heads on business objectives.
• Develop operational strategies and best practices; identify cost and efficiency improvements.
• Support hotel openings, transitions, and expansion projects; report operational performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in senior multi-property operations management.
• Proven experience managing multiple hotels and driving client acquisition, business development, and commercial growth for hotel brands.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, and quality standards.
• Saudi hospitality market experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
