(Brief)
- Lead daily operations across MEP & ELV projects and maintenance activities
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across sites
- Monitor project execution, timelines, and cost control
- Ensure efficient coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Optimize resource utilization to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Enforce quality standards, HSE policies, and compliance requirements
- Conduct site inspections and operational performance reviews
- Act as key liaison for clients on operational updates and issues
- Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Drive team performance through coaching and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 8 12 years of experience in MEP & ELV operations or project execution
- Minimum 4 years in a senior operations or management role
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and site teams
- Good knowledge of MEP and ELV systems
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
