Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Site Operations Manager.
The Site Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within the designated timelines.
Responsibilities
include supervising teams, coordinating with clients, managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing challenges to maintain smooth operations.
The role also involves liaising with design teams to uphold project specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, site operations, and team coordination
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural and construction plans
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in fit-out or interior design projects is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
