We are seeking a **Senior Events and Festival Operations Manager (m/f/d)** to lead the strategic planning and execution of high-profile cultural programs, public festivals, and large-scale community events.

In this leadership role, you will oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational delivery to ensure every experience meets exceptional standards.

You will guide a capable team while balancing creative vision with operational discipline to deliver impactful events that inspire audiences and partners alike.

Event Operations Leadership

Lead the planning, execution, and operational management of festivals, conferences, and community events while ensuring seamless coordination across logistics, staffing, and venue activities.

Strategic Planning

Develop operational timelines, contingency frameworks, vendor management plans, and event readiness procedures to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Leadership

Provide direction and mentorship to operations staff, coordinators, and supporting teams.

Conduct performance reviews and establish best practices for operational excellence.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

Manage relationships with venues, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners while maintaining professional communication and service standards.

Budget and Performance Oversight

Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, evaluate event outcomes, and recommend improvements using reporting and performance metrics.

Experience

7+ years of experience in event operations, festival management, hospitality operations, or large-scale program delivery, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or team management role.

Leadership Background

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate complex operational schedules, and manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Operational Skills

Strong experience with event planning systems, scheduling, logistics coordination, vendor management, reporting tools, and budget oversight.

Communication Skills

Professional English communication is required for stakeholder collaboration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Arabic language skills are considered beneficial.

You know how to balance operational precision with flexibility to deliver outstanding event experiences under changing conditions.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
