Operations Manager responsible for daily business operations, process improvement, team management, and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes.
- Manage and support employees across departments, monitor performance, and achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions; monitor budgets, expenses, resources, and costs.
- Ensure projects and daily activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management.
- Maintain customer service and quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management; improve productivity and reduce operating costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar management position.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Strong understanding of business operations and performance management.
- UAE experience is preferred; Arabic and English language skills are advantageous.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
