Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our drug store business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of drug store outlets.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Lead, train, and manage store staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance departments.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalations.
- Prepare reports on operations, sales, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail pharmacy or drug store operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
