Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project sales and business development, with proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF/VRV systems, and related MEP solutions within the UAE market.
This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify project opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and associated MEP products for Projects.
- Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
- Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.
- Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
