Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in
Quad-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura
.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across workforce management and logistical services.
Key responsibilities
include planning and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, coordinating transportation schedules, addressing operational challenges, and fostering client relationships.
The role also provides an opportunity to lead teams, improve productivity, and collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Operations management experience, including planning, problem-solving, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in logistical coordination and supply chain management
- Knowledge of human resources management and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using operational and transportation software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Work experience in industrial services, HR solutions, or transportation is preferred
