Job Description
Alcoholomemy Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, improving efficiency, and leading teams to achieve company goals while maintaining high service and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business workflow across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
- Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment of business objectives
- Lead, supervise, and support operational staff and team leaders
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations
- Improve processes, systems, and procedures for better performance outcomes
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational planning
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
- Financial and budget management experience is an advantage
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries is preferred
