Impact and responsibilities
- Coordinate with US-based functional teams and internal sourcing, production, customer service, and traffic partners to ensure product flows smoothly.
- Direct vendors and fulfillment partners on scheduling, capacity, and operating expectations.
- Build analytical infrastructure and team capability, embedding continuous improvement through KPI frameworks and dashboards.
- Own fulfillment execution and order visibility across Canadian sales and distribution channels.
- Monitor daily pick, pack, and ship activity; review backorders and prioritize fulfillment actions.
- Maintain reporting and communication with field teams and cross-functional partners.
- Work with Planning, Sales, and Finance on demand forecasts and supply-chain capacity plans.
- Use analytics to identify operational inefficiencies, inventory risks, and capacity constraints and recommend actions.
- Develop AI-powered tools, reporting bots, and workflow automation to reduce manual work.
