We are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded Operations Manager to lead our Amer & Tasheel Center.
This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in managing service centers, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the center’s operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Drive operational excellence by developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes and service delivery standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-centricity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity and service quality
- Ensure full compliance with government authorities, policies, and procedures related to Amer and Tasheel services
- Manage customer experience, resolve escalations effectively, and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within Amer and/or Tasheel centers in the UAE
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong team management and development skills
- Solid understanding of UAE government service procedures and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management systems
