The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
include optimizing operational procedures, managing resources, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
The role also involves providing strategic insights to support decision-making and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in operations management, project management, and process optimization
- Experience in compliance, quality control, and healthcare infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, team management, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Knowledge of MGPS systems and related compliance standards is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote working environments
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector or similar industries is a plus
