Overview
We are looking for an
Operations & Logistics Assistant
to support daily logistics, shipment tracking, order follow-ups, and fulfillment coordination.
The role includes assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, updating delivery trackers, coordinating with internal teams and delivery partners, and helping keep logistics records accurate and updated.
We need someone organized, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with daily operational follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking inbound and outbound shipments
- Update order, delivery, and return trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners
- Follow up on pending deliveries, delays, and missing information
- Help maintain accurate logistics and fulfillment records
- Support daily operational follow-ups and team communication
- Flag shipment or delivery issues quickly
- Keep logistics files and reports organized and updated
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fast, responsive, and able to handle daily follow-ups without delay
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be living in Qatar
- Must be available to start immediately
